These Terms and Conditions apply to the Conexión Bíblica mobile application (hereby referred to as the “Application”), developed and published by Marilevis Guzman Mendoza (hereby referred to as the “Developer”). The Application is available for download through the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.
The Application provides a Bible trivia experience in English and Spanish for educational and entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including content, design, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of the Developer.
The Developer strives to ensure that the Application is available and functioning properly at all times. However, the Application may require internet access for certain features and may not function correctly without a stable connection.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Application and may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices. The Developer is not responsible for issues resulting from device modifications, unauthorized software, or operating system alterations that may affect the Application’s functionality.
Updates may be released to improve performance, add features, or maintain compatibility with operating system updates. Users agree to install updates when they become available to ensure proper functionality of the Application.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
The Developer may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
